You don’t have to go far for sun, fun, and all kinds of holiday activities. The town is decorated to the nines, and we have Old Saint Nick waiting to hear all your holiday wishes. I also have some beautiful houses that are just waiting for someone to make a home and start building holiday traditions and memories. Many of them even have fireplaces with chimneys so that Jolly Old Elf can bring you your hearts desire.
Something else we have available is rentals. Maybe you’re not sure if Key West is really the right place to be for the holidays or any other time of the year. Why not rent a home and check it out? I think it would really be fun to have a place either in town or by the beach, invite all the family to share holiday cheer, and find out what a great time you all will have. Just think of the pictures you could post on your FaceBook page and make everyone else jealous.
But I do have to warn you, there is something else that just might make the difference to many people. Key West doesn’t get any snow. Ok, maybe we have some fake snow in department store windows or for the local play, but it is really fake and is there just for atmosphere or because it’s in the play.
For some people, no snow may be a turn off, but if you are tired of freezing temperatures, digging out of two feet of snow, and wondering if you’re going to make it to work-let alone get everyone in for the holiday feast, why not ditch those cold climates and come down to Key West and try a different type of holiday fun.
So whether you’re a tourist, thinking about renting, looking to move permanently to the Keys, or just someone who likes the beauty of nature, the great variety of amenities in the homes in our area is just one more reason to want to live in beautiful Key West.
