Many of us have dreamed of having that little bar on the beach that sells a little of everything. But usually that is all it is, a dream. But in Key West the dream could be more than a glimmer.

There is only one, well maybe two, things that would stop this opportunity from being that beach dream. The Lazy Gecko is not on the beach, and it is far from being a shack. But other than that, wouldn’t you like to own this beautiful bar and restaurant on famous Duval Street?

Owning your own restaurant might be going a bit too far for some people, and you might just like that little shack near the beach where you can run down the steps and into the ocean any time you want. But you know now-a-days towns and beach goers are not usually very happy when someone just comes along and sets up a little place to live on the beach.

So might we suggest a little place we call a Waterfront Family Retreat? It’s not much unless you like deep-water boating, 400 feet of seawall and a place to store your large sail boat or Sportfisher. It is also built to withstand anything that Mother Nature can send its way.

Of course, we are poking a bit of fun, and these homes are really exceptional. Also property prices and interest rates are still relatively low, some below 3%. So now is a good time to think about checking out an income or home investment.

Also life in Key West is very exciting, fun, always warm and affordable!

So come to Key West to check out the island, stay for the time of your life and whether you’re a tourist looking to move permanently to the Keys, or just someone who likes the beauty of nature, the great variety of amenities in the homes in our area are just more reason to want to live in beautiful Key West.
