Wanted: Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a talented individual, who is passionate about real estate, to work directly with a Top Producing Real Estate Agent who practices in a highly regarded, successful firm in the Lower Keys. This is an excellent part time (25-30 hours per week) opportunity for a talented person to grow into a full time position. The ideal candidate must have a positive, upbeat personality with the ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment.  Previous experience in real estate helpful but not required.  Will train right individual. Must have transportation to travel between offices in the lower Keys.

Qualifications:

*Must be personable, diligent, computer savvy and a fast learner.  MUST be extremely         knowledgeable in Microsoft and PC applications.  Testing of skills may be performed.

*Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize an ever changing workload and to act
   quickly and professionally in high stress situations
*Extremely responsive -- must be reply quickly to emails and calls
*An excellent writer and verbal communicator w/ strong attention to detail
