tein, glass, mug, or carafe - - raise a toast to the KeyWest Brewfest September 1-5. This fun event is hosted by the Southernmost Hotel Collection and the Key West Sunrise Rotary. All proceeds benefit the charitable activities of Key West Sunrise Rotary.
First stop is the Hospitality Suite at the Southernmost Hotel on Duval Street. Here you can get your event tickets, program information, and KeyWest Brewfest merchandise. The hospitality suite will open on Thursday, September 1 at noon and close at 5:00 p.m. The suite will be open each day of the festival beginning at 9:00 a.m. A kickoff party will be held at the Bottlecap Groove Lounge on Simonton Street from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday.
Calling all beer lovers (and their friends) to start partying on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the Swamp Ape IDA Pool Party at the Southernmost Hotel's new Pineapple Bar. This party is sponsored by the Florida Beer Company. The fun will include contests, games, drink specials, and prizes. At 6:00 p.m. the Finnegan's Wake Beer Dinner will begin at 320 Grinnell Street. Friday evening through Monday evening will include music, parties, brunch, live music, more parties, and of course beer. The main event on Saturday from 4-8 p.m. will be the Brewfest Tasting Festival on South Beach. Here you can taste over 100 different beers!
