Tropic Ocean Airways, a privately owned seaplane charter airline officially launched in Key West on Monday, April 18 . They offer quick round-trip flights between Key West and the Miami Seaplane Base in downtown Miami. They also provide private charters and snorkeling tours to the many reefs and islands in the Keys.
