A garden internationally known for its shade palms, aroids, ferns, rare plants, and parrots is located off the 500 block of Simonton Street at One Free School Lane. This exotic tropical garden is the creation of artist, Nancy Forrester. She states that her wish is to restore balance to the natural world and she works passionately to save this one acre of open land in the heart of old town Key West.
