Key West Realtor Jimmy Lane was asked last week to film a second episode of HGTV's hit show, "Bang for your Buck". This will be the second episode featuring Jimmy as the expert Realtor. Jimmy has previously been featured in the Key West episode of "Bang for your Buck" which showed the return on investment on three Key West homes. Vacation homes that had $80,000 renovations were the focus. See the video here.
The episode Jimmy will be filming next will be “Bang for your Buck- South Florida" and will feature $40,000 outdoor kitchen renovations. The homes are located in South Miami, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach and are all luxury homes. Jimmy is looking forward to this opportunity to expand his knowledge base and bring a Key West perspective on these South Florida homes. Jimmy will be filming on location on October 7th and 8th and the show should be airing around Christmas time.
