Gulf Oil spill reaching The Florida Keys

I have been informed by one of our county commissioners, Mario DiGenarro, that the DEP has stated the Florida Keys now have a 0% chance of oil reaching our waters. This is really comforting news as this has been affecting the Keys for some time with Tourism and Real Estate. Hopefully now the Gulf will start to be cleaned up and it will be "back to normal" in the Florida Keys- whatever that is!
